Cora Joins on Lasagna Day

We spent last night at Fort Dix. We even spotted some troops training an we hit the sack at 10PM when we heard that one military jingle in the loudspeakers.

Today we zigzagged west to meet Cora in Princeton who came down from NYC. I bought some new shorts, a whopping 85 SPF sunscreen and we headed down to the Delaware River at Washington Crossing. The canal that runs down the river is dirt but really flat and doesn't slow you down much.

Once we reached Lambertsville, we crossed the bridge to New Hope, PA to reach some flamboyant yet cheap hotel. This is where the Adventure Cycling route that I did two years ago meets up with our route.

It's national Lasagna day, I heard on TV this morning, so we are having dinner at a nearby Italian restaurant.
